Job summary

Enterprise Recruitment Ltd is sourcing an Assembly Operator to join a growing engineering team. You will work from engineering drawings and work instructions to assemble, test and repair precision-engineered products using hand tools and test equipment.

The role offers flexible working hours with core hours from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm and a typical early start window, in a modern manufacturing environment. Prior practical experience is welcomed but not required, including hobbies or personal

Qualifications

• HND, HNC or equivalent in Mechanical, Manufacturing or another relevant Engineering discipline.
• Around 1 year of practical experience in assembly, manufacturing, engineering, testing or repair is ideal.
• Strong practical experience through hobbies, personal projects or DIY and mechanical work is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, test and repair precision-engineered products from engineering drawings and work instructions.
• Use hand tools and test equipment to verify quality and function.
• Read and learn to read basic engineering drawings and documentation.
