Job Title: Junior Architectural Technologist

Salary: GBP26,000-31,000 dependent on Experience

My client is a dynamic, award-winning and growing Architectural Practice who are seeking a driven and passionate Junior Architectural Technologist to join their friendly team in Harrogate. This innovative practice champions collaboration and technical excellence, earning themselves an excellent reputation. This is your chance to join their 50+ team. This RIBA chartered practice works across a range of sectors from commercial to education and industrial.

They are seeking a talented candidate who has a couple of years of post-qualification experience working on a mix of projects and is well versed in Revit.

The successful Junior Architectural Technologist will have excellent progression and development opportunities, company away days, as well as receiving a discretionary performance-related bonus and a competitive salary.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Junior Architectural Technologist:

1. CIAT member
2. Degree or HND/HNC in Architectural Technology
3. At least 2 years of post-qualification experience in a UK-based Architectural practice
4. Proficiency in Revit
5. Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
6. Strong technical portfolio
7. Ideally have experience working on medium - large scale projects
8. Experience on commercial, industrial, or similar projects is beneficial
9. Live locally in the Harrogate/Leeds area
