Salary: £26,000 – £30,000

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a creative and forward-thinking architectural practice who work on multi sector projects across the UK. They are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and dynamic Junior Architectural Technologist to join their expanding studio based in Stockport.

To be successful in applying for the role of Junior Architectural Technologist, you will need to have relevant post qualification experience as a Technologist, with a background in working on projects predominately within the residential sector. The successful individual will need to demonstrate proficiency with Revit, as well as having a good knowledge and understanding of UK building regulations.

Skills, experience, and responsibilities for the role of Junior Architectural Technologist:

• BSc in Architectural Technology
• Relevant post qualification experience as a Technologist within a UK practice
• Proficiency with Revit is essential
• Experience working on projects within the residential sector is essential
• Working knowledge of UK building regulations and codes
• Good technical and design skills
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work well independently and within a team
• Live within a commutable distance to the Stockport area
