Job summary

Formula. in London (Hybrid) seeks a Senior Technical Product Manager to own the API and integration landscape. You will sit at the intersection of Product, Engineering and Architecture, owning strategy and delivery of integrations and APIs that connect core systems across the business.

You will shape API strategy, define integration patterns, and partner with Salesforce teams to enable secure, scalable connectivity while translating technical detail into commercial impact.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering APIs, integrations or platform connectivity.
• Experience with API architecture, microservices and integration patterns.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce ecosystems and enterprise integrations.
• Ability to collaborate with engineers and architects on technical decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, roadmap and prioritisation for the internal API and integration landscape.
• Shape API strategy to support transformation, efficiency and scalability.
• Partner with engineering, architecture and Salesforce teams to define patterns and standards.
• Guide design of secure, resilient and reusable APIs.
• Lead end-to-end integration initiatives from discovery to delivery.
• Turn complex technical challenges into clear product outcomes.
