YouLend Limited is seeking a Capital Markets Junior Analyst in London to support the operation of capital mandates across the UK, EU, and US. You will work with Finance, Data, and Production teams to ensure audits, reporting, and cash movements run smoothly and to monitor investments and market trends.

The role emphasizes operational controls, cross-functional collaboration, and improvement projects, including automation of processes as the capital markets function scales.

Qualifications

• A relevant degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline is advantageous.
• Experience in finance, fintech, or financial operations (internship or graduate acceptable).
• Working knowledge of SQL and proficient Excel to analyse data.

Responsibilities

• Manage quarterly third-party audits and coordinate information requests.
• Prepare investor regulatory reporting within deadlines.
• Support day-to-day cash management and BAU processes.
• Maintain operational controls and documentation for capital mandate processes.
• Collaborate with Finance, Data, and Production teams across YouLend.
• Assist ad-hoc analyses and automation of operations as the function scales.
