• GCSE Maths/English foundation; A levels desirable; degree not required.
• Willingness to pursue professional qualifications with study support.

Responsibilities

• You will act as a first point of contact for routine client requests, logging them, prioritising them against deadlines, seeing them through to completion and keeping clients informed along the way.
• Preparing and checking client documentation; ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
• Support the renewal process end to end with information gathering and timetabling.
• Maintain accurate account records and schedules on the company’s systems.
• Administer premiums and settlements with technical and accounts teams.
• Work with insurers, claims colleagues and other parts of the business to build relationships in aviation insurance.
• Adhere to company procedures and compliance for documentation and communication.
