About the role:

We’re seeking a high-energy, detail-obsessed Junior Account Manager to manage our high-volume accounts with untapped potential. This role focuses on relationship building, qualification, and driving revenue efficiently.

Main responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of smaller customers and grow account value.
  • Conduct frequent virtual customer meetings—calls and online demos connecting needs with solutions.
  • Collaborate with the Quoting team to secure optimal pricing and lead times.
  • Respond promptly to inbound requests and issues, partnering with Customer Support to resolve challenges and maintain satisfaction.
  • Identify upsell opportunities proactively.
Experience Required:
  • 2+ years in Sales, SDR, Account Management, or similar client-facing roles.
  • Proven ability to handle a high volume of interactions daily.
  • Experience in virtual sales: discovery calls, online demos, follow-ups.
  • Strong customer service skills: empathetic, calm under pressure, and problem-solving focused.
Desired Experience:
  • Experience in marketplaces, tech, or manufacturing environments.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Hubspot preferred), virtual meeting platforms, and quoting workflows.
  • Background in a start-up or scale-up environment with fast-moving priorities.
