Job summary

Marsh seeks a confident Trainee Account Manager to join the Quota Share (QS) Team in Norwich. You will manage day-to-day QS-eligible risks, ensure accurate recording and processing, and support brokers, facility insurers, and governance activities.

A hybrid role requires three days per week in the Norwich office, with trainee-level applicants welcomed. You will assist with relationship development, training, and performance reporting while developing knowledge of Marsh’s products and operations

• Prepare electronic submissions and assist with placement via Whitespace.
• Report on relationship satisfaction and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders.
