Job summary

Furza in the UK is hiring an entry-level Junior Account Manager to build client relationships and commercial skills.

£30,000 base salary + uncapped commission with an OTE of £40,000, hybrid from Leeds, and a three-month structured training programme.

From day one, you'll join Furza Training Academy in Manchester, with ongoing coaching, progression, and a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador, communicating the value proposition of the solution

• Set up and support calls for the senior Account Management team onboarding new customers

The Role

This is a training-led, entry-level Junior Account Manager role designed to give you a strong foundation in client relationships and commercial skills. You will:

• Act as a brand ambassador, sharing your understanding of the clients value proposition and award-winning solution.
• Use all available tools (phone, email, LinkedIn) to promote the clients proposition, educating and recommending their solutions to their customers, educating them on new solutions.
• Achieve monthly KPI's through upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the account base.
• Setting up and supporting calls for the senior Account Management team to onboard new customers.
