Junior Account Manager

Aon is looking to add a Junior Account Manager to our team based in London. This role will support our UK Facultative Production and Placement Teams.

This is a full-time position with a hybrid working approach.

What the day will look like

• Providing technical support to our UK Facultative production and placement teams.
• Resolving queries from clients and reinsurers, liaising with colleagues across departments as needed.
• Generating and reviewing contractual documentation.
• Collaborating internally across Aon Reinsurance Solutions globally.
• Partnering with the Account Executive team in marketing reinsurance placements, including communication with clients and reinsurers.
• Collecting and analyzing data for market submissions and presentations.
• Maintaining data within Aon’s IT systems and trackers.
• Working in accordance with Aon UK’s Risk Management Framework and policies, including risk management and mandatory training participation.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

• At least A-level education, possibly with market experience.
• Willingness to learn or entry-level technical (re)insurance knowledge.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills.
• Data analysis abilities.
• Good IT skills, especially intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Experience in a client-facing environment is a plus.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
