Junior Account Manager

Aon is looking to add a Junior Account Manager to our team based in London. This role will support our UK Facultative Production and Placement Teams.

This is a full-time position with a hybrid working approach.

What the day will look like

1. Provide technical support to our UK Facultative production and placement teams.
2. Resolve queries from clients and reinsurers, liaising with other departments as necessary.
3. Generate and review contractual documentation.
4. Collaborate internally across Aon Reinsurance Solutions globally.
5. Partner with the Account Executive team in marketing reinsurance placements, communicating with clients and reinsurers.
6. Collect and analyze data for market submissions and presentations.
7. Maintain data within Aon’s IT systems and Trackers.
8. Work in accordance with the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework and policies, including risk management and mandatory training.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

• Education to at least A level standard, possibly with market experience.
• Willingness to learn or entry-level technical (re)insurance knowledge.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills.
• Data analysis abilities.
• Good IT competency (intermediate in Microsoft Excel and Word).
• Some experience in a client-facing environment is advantageous.
• Ability to work under deadlines.
