Job summary

3sixty Resourcing Ltd in Cambridgeshire is hiring a Junior Account Manager. The role is office-based with potential for hybrid working, full-time, permanent, offering a salary up to £40,000 plus a 10% bonus.

You will manage an established portfolio, build lasting client relationships, and act as the main contact for allocated accounts. The role requires proven external sales and account management experience, with a track record of growing accounts and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• MUST have experience in external sales, account management.
• Proven experience managing and developing existing customer accounts.
• A strong track record of retaining customers and delivering account growth.
• Commercially aware with the ability to identify opportunities for account growth.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop an established portfolio of customers.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers.
• Act as the key point of contact for your allocated accounts.
• Develop a detailed understanding of each customer’s business, requirements and future plans.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and increase customer spend.
• Introduce additional products and packaging solutions where appropriate.
• Work closely with customers to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Identify opportunities for cross‑selling and up‑selling.
• Manage pricing, quotations and commercial negotiations with customers.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are delivered effectively.
• Resolve customer queries and issues promptly and professionally.
