Job summary

The Chesterfield College Group is seeking a proactive administrator to support customer orders and CRM data entry at Forest Buildings, Clowne, near Chesterfield. This role is based on site and reports to the Departmental Manager.

You will take orders by phone and email, process card payments where needed, and handle courier issues, credits and returns. You will also file, cleanse data in the CRM, and respond to online chat and enquiries.

Qualifications

• Taking orders from customers over the phone and via email, and entering them into the CRM.
• Handling card payments when required.
• Liaising with customers on courier issues and arranging credits/returns.
• Filing and data cleansing in the CRM system.
• Asking for additional information on email enquiries.
• Providing product information to customers and prospects, including online chat.

Responsibilities
