Interaction Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Junior Account Administrator to join an established business based in Peterborough on a temp-to-perm basis. You'll be involved in the day-to-day running of customer accounts, supporting the sales team and helping to ensure orders move

Qualifications

• Previous administrative experience is required.
• Keen to learn and develop within the role.

Responsibilities

• Raising and processing customer orders.
• Checking stock availability and order accuracy.
• Preparing and issuing customer quotations.
• Booking deliveries via portals.
• Planning and monitoring back orders.
• Chasing suppliers for stock and delivery updates.
• Producing courier tickets and shipping docs.
• Preparing dispatch paperwork for orders.
• Providing admin support across key customer accounts.
• Supporting external sales team daily activities.
• Maintaining accurate customer, order and company records.
• Answering calls and handling enquiries.
• Liaising with internal departments, suppliers and customers.
• Providing holiday/absence cover for the admin team.
• Assisting management with additional admin tasks.
• Maintaining health & safety documentation.
