An exciting opportunity has arisen for the Juice Bar Manager:

• Annual Salary: £19,920


• Location: Brighton


• Job Type: Part-time


• Working hours: 8.30am to 2.30pm

Day-to-day duties of the role:

• Prepare and serve fresh juices, smoothies, and wellness shots


• Educate customers on the benefits of juices, the ingredients used and their value


• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, equipment and store areas.


• Receive and stock fresh produce and ingredients, ensuring all items are fresh and of high quality.


• Ensure product quality and consistency throughout the day, making adjustments as needed to meet high standards.


• Able to do all prep work, restocking and ensure that juice bar is opened and closed


• Promote a positive, energetic, and health-focused store atmosphere.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
