Job summary

Timberwise is seeking a Preservation Joiner to join a growing team serving the South West, particularly the Truro area. The role involves timber floor removal, treatment application, and various joinery tasks during first and second fix work. Travel across the South West is required.

CSCS card holder preferred, training provided. Hours are 8am–5pm with occasional overtime; benefits include a company van, pension, health plan, and bonus opportunities.

The Role

Due to our growing business, we are looking to increase our team of Preservation Joiners throughout the South West and specifically in the Truro area; there will be a need to travel throughtout the region.

As a Joiner your role will include:

• Removal and replacement of timber floors
• Application of Timber treatments
• First and second fix joinery work
• Skirting boards
• Timber resin splice repairs

We are looking for someone in the South West who has:

• Proven skills in Joinery
• A proactive and self-motivated approach with the ability to plan and manage their own workload.
• A team player and Self starter
• Strong communication skills
• Enthusiastic and take pride in your work
• Previous experience in the preservation industry is desirable but full training will be provided.
• CSCS card holder
