Job summary

TSR Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor with a strong joinery background for a 16-week commercial office refurbishment and fit-out project in Dronfield. Qualifications

• SSSTS or SMSTS and CSCS are mandatory.
• Experience supervising commercial office fit-outs and refurbishments.
• Time-served joiner with deep technical knowledge of high-end internal fit-outs.
• First Aid at Work certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Site Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, subcontractors, and site progress.
• Health & Safety: Enforce strict health and safety compliance, conduct site inductions, and manage RAMS.
• Quality Control: Utilize joinery expertise to ensure flawless finishes on all fit-out elements.
• Problem Solving: Resolve on-site technical issues and liaise with the Project Manager.
