Job summary

Metalis Recruitment Group in Lincoln is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive new project opportunities in the joinery and interiors sector. This permanent, in-person role requires hitting sales targets from day one and leveraging an established contractor and architect network.

You will present quotations, negotiate deals and coordinate with the in-house estimator to price projects, while maintaining a healthy sales pipeline and representing the company at client meetings and industry

Qualifications

• Proven business development or sales experience within joinery, fit-out, interiors, kitchens, furniture or related sector.
• Established network of industry contacts you can convert into projects.
• History of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong closing ability to secure deals.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Generate new project opportunities through network of contractors, fit-out companies, developers, architects, interior designers and private clients.
• Pass qualified opportunities to in-house estimator for pricing.
• Present quotations to clients, negotiate and close deals.
• Maintain a consistent pipeline of new opportunities.
• Represent the business at client meetings, site visits and industry events.

Skills

Sales experience in joinery/fit-out/so

Full UK driving licence
