Job summary

Rentokil Initial in Lincoln is seeking a Joiner Technician to deliver high-quality joinery on domestic and commercial projects. You will manage on-site tasks, replace decayed timber, and ensure workmanship meets our standards.

Strong customer service, a full UK driving licence, and a formal joinery qualification are preferred; there is a company vehicle, training, and progression opportunities. Relocation support, overtime, and a comprehensive benefits package are available.

Qualifications

Full UK driving licence held for more than two years with no more than six penalty points.
On-site joinery experience and safe-working habits.
Formal joinery qualification such as Carpentry NVQ Level 2 preferred.

Responsibilities

Carrying out first and second fix joinery including replacing decayed joists and flooring.
Renewing skirting boards and other timber repairs on domestic and commercial sites.
Implementing preservation works on site and timber treatments as required.
Adhering to risk assessments and health & safety measures on-site.
Ensuring sites are left clean and tidy and providing high level customer service.
