Job summary

Together Housing Group is looking for 2 Joiners / Joinery Technicians to join our Repairs and Maintenance team. You will deliver a customer-focused repairs and maintenance service across Blackburn, Rossendale and Pendle, carrying out a wide range of joinery repairs to tenanted and vacant properties.

We value Right First Time workmanship, organise work effectively and may include overtime and on-call duties. You will need a full UK driving licence and relevant joinery qualifications.

Qualifications

Experience in all joinery repairs across tenanted and vacant properties.
Commitment to Right First Time with quality workmanship.
Ability to organise and prioritise workload.
Willingness to overtime and stand-by rota.
Full manual UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

Carry out joinery repairs to tenanted and vacant properties.
Work to good practice and Building Regulations.
Aim to complete repairs in one visit where practicable.
Organise work to minimise downtime and reallocate as needed.
Work as part of a team to ensure efficient use of time, materials, and resources.
Participate in standby or call-out rota.
