Job summary

Together Housing Group is seeking 2 Joiners / Joinery Technicians to join our Repairs and Maintenance team across Blackburn, Rossendale and Pendle. You will deliver a customer-focused repairs and maintenance service, carrying out a wide range of joinery repairs to tenanted and vacant properties.

No two days are the same, and you’ll help ensure safe, well-maintained homes and excellent customer service. The role requires a full manual UK driving licence, qualifications in carpentry/joinery, and

Qualifications

• Joinery repairs to tenanted and vacant properties in line with tickets and specifications.
• Aim for first-time fixes where possible with high workmanship standards.
• Organise work to minimise downtime and coordinate with manager for workload balance.

Responsibilities

• Carry out joinery repairs across Blackburn, Rossendale and Pendle.
• Provide safe, well-maintained homes and good customer service.
• Work as part of Repairs and Maintenance team to deliver quality repairs.
