Job summary

4Recruitment Services Ltd in Derby is seeking a skilled joiner to undertake repairs, maintenance, renovations and installations across client properties. The role is mobile within Derby city, Monday to Friday 8am-4pm (37 hours per week) on an ongoing contract.

You will work as part of a maintenance team supporting other trades to deliver effective repair and building operations, paid weekly via PAYE at £17.01 per hour.

Duties To undertake Joinery repairs, maintenance, renovations and installations; other skilled maintenance operations and to support other trade staff in the effective completion of repairs, maintenance and other building operations to property and buildings managed by the client.
