Job summary

RG Setsquare is seeking a reliable Joiner to cover Flintshire and surrounding areas. You will perform reactive maintenance on domestic and commercial properties, installing and repairing doors, frames, flooring and related joinery items while upholding safety standards.

You will diagnose faults, work in occupier and void properties, and maintain clear records. Excellent customer service and the ability to work independently or in a team are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Proven background in reactive maintenance, repairs, or social housing maintenance.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Good communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out reactive joinery maintenance and repair works.
• Repair, replace, and install doors, frames, skirting boards, architraves, kitchen units, flooring, and other joinery items.
• Diagnose faults and determine the most effective repair solution.
• Complete works in occupied and void properties.
• Ensure all work is completed in line with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of completed works and materials used.
• Deliver excellent customer service when interacting with tenants, clients, and colleagues.
• Work independently or as part of a wider maintenance team.

RGSS's client, a leading maintenance provider, is seeking a reliable and experienced Joiner to join their team covering Flintshire and surrounding areas. The successful candidate will carry out a wide range of reactive maintenance and repair works within domestic and commercial properties, ensuring all jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
