Job summary

Metropolitan Thames Valley Housing (MTVH) is seeking a Joiner, known internally as Carpenter - Multi-Skilled, to join our East Midlands team. The role runs 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between 8am and 6pm.

To support our residents you will participate in a second shift and an out-of-hours on-call service on a rotational basis. A company van and fuel card are provided, with overtime and out-of-hours earnings available.

Qualifications

• Previously worked in a social housing or local authority environment.
• Relevant NVQ2 qualification or equivalent trade experience.
• A full UK manual driving licence (you will provided with your own Metworks van for working hours).
• A minimum of one year of significant driving experience.
