CBRE Global Workplace Solutions in Aberdeen is seeking an experienced Joiner to carry out joinery repairs across the site and support routine building maintenance. You will repair doors, tables and other equipment, move and install items, and contribute to safe, compliant works on site.

Candidates should hold a City and Guilds in Carpentry and Joinery (or equivalent), have knowledge of joinery repairs, be PC literate, and demonstrate a proactive, learning attitude to support our facilities team.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of joinery repairs.
• Recognised City and Guilds in Carpentry and Joinery qualification or equivalent.
• A good attitude & willingness to learn is essential.
• PC literate

We are recruiting an experienced Joiner to join the team located in Aberdeen!

The Role

• Carry out joinery & carpentry repairs across site
• Repair doors, tables and other general equipment
• Move/build equipment across the site
• Complete routine building maintenance
• Responsible for other building and installation works as required
• Utilise PDA to complete works, key communications & updates
• Ensure all works are carried out safely and in accordance with Health and Safety at Work Regulations

Working Hours

• 8am - 5pm
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime available!

Experience Required

• Knowledge of joinery repairs
• Recognised City and Guilds in Carpentry and Joinery qualification or equivalent
