Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is recruiting an experienced Joiner to join the team in Aberdeen. The role involves carrying out joinery repairs across the site, repairing doors and general equipment, moving and building equipment, and completing routine maintenance.

You will also perform other building works as required and use a PDA for documentation and updates, while adhering to Health and Safety at Work Regulations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of joinery repairs.
• City and Guilds in Carpentry and Joinery or equivalent.
• PC literacy and basic IT use.
• Willingness to learn and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Carry out joinery & carpentry repairs across site.
• Repair doors, tables and other general equipment.
• Move/build equipment across the site.
• Complete routine building maintenance.
• Responsible for other building and installation works as required.
• Utilise PDA to complete works, communicate key updates.
• Ensure all works are carried out safely and in line with Health and Safety regulations.

The Role

• Ensure all works are carried out safely and in accordance with Health and Safety at Work Regulations

• 8am - 5pm
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime available!

Experience Required

• Knowledge of joinery repairs
• Recognised City and Guilds in Carpentry and Joinery qualification or equivalent
• A good attitude & willingness to learn is essential.
• PC literate
