Job summary

Nottinghamshire County Council is seeking a mid-level HR professional to ensure consistent job evaluations across the Council and its services. You will review job descriptions, write evaluation rationales and support panels and appeals with analysis.

The role is hybrid, based at County Hall, with advisory support to managers and HR colleagues. Applicants should have at least three years of experience in job evaluation or HR support and knowledge of Hay or NJC schemes.
