Qualifications

• Strong hands-on Java development in an agile, fast-paced delivery environment.
• Proven experience with automated testing integrated into CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with database technologies and messaging/queueing.
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms and observability/monitoring tooling.
• Comfortable with production support and incident resolution.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain platform components in Java across the full development lifecycle.
• Embed automated testing within the CI/CD pipeline.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to deliver robust solutions.
• Participate in production support and incident resolution.
• Work with database, messaging/queueing, cloud and observability technologies.
• Identify and escalate technical and delivery risks proactively.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering practices and tooling.
