Job summary

10x Banking is hiring a Software Engineer to work on its cloud-native core banking platform. You will contribute to design and implementation of scalable distributed systems, with a strong focus on production-quality software and performance.

The role involves deep exposure to banking backend components, delivering features end-to-end, and collaborating within an Agile, fast-paced environment to meet client expectations.

Qualifications

• Solid Java software development skillset with Spring Boot 3.x.x
• Experience with test-driven development and web services testing
• Experience with Kafka and event-driven architecture
• Proven ability to design RESTful APIs and distributed microservices
• Hands-on with Docker/Kubernetes and AWS in production
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL and SQL databases
• Experience delivering production-quality code in Agile/Scrum
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable distributed systems in a banking backend
• Deliver high-quality software in a fast-paced development environment
• Work across the full development life cycle from design to deployment
