Join the Financial Services Business Unit within Capgemini's Cloud & Custom Applications (C&CA) practice as a Senior Java Full Stack Developer. In this role, you will help shape scalable, business-critical solutions that deliver meaningful outcomes for clients while contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. As a trusted, AI-aware professional, you will work collaboratively across teams to solve complex challenges, influence technical direction, and support the development of future-ready solutions. The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Must-Have Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Strong experience in full stack application development, with a proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale solutions.
• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong understanding of software design principles, application architecture, and secure development practices.
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to address complex business and technical challenges.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across distributed and cross-functional teams.
• Commitment to continuous learning and awareness of AI-enabled practices that enhance delivery and productivity.
