Job description

Задачи:

• Deliver end-to-end solutions using cloud-native microservices architecture, modern technologies, and industry best practices;
• Apply domain modelling techniques to build business products;
• Structure software for understandability, testability, and evolution;
• Build scalable solutions that avoid single points of failure;
• Develop secure code that protects customers and the organization from malicious actors;
• Investigate and fix issues promptly, preventing recurrence;
• Ensure zero-downtime releases for end users;
• Optimize data read and write patterns for business needs;
• Monitor performance and identify and solve problems using appropriate approaches;
• Ensure systems are reliable and easy to operate;
• Continuously update technologies and patterns;
• Support products throughout their lifecycle, including production and incident management;
• Drive adoption and governance of approved AI-assisted engineering practices across teams;
• Establish measurable validation standards for secure coding, peer review, and automated testing;
• Promote reuse of proven patterns and automation within the SDLC/TLM toolchain;
• Apply software development lifecycle toolchain knowledge, including approved AI-assisted development and automation capabilities, to improve automation at scale;
• Coach team members on coding practices, design principles, and implementation patterns;
• Manage stakeholders and prioritize work across multiple work streams;
• Lead the effective use of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools;
• Set team expectations for validating AI outputs for correctness, performance, and security;
• Coach engineers and leads on compliant responsible AI usage patterns and controls.

Требования:

• Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts;
• Recent hands-on professional experience as a Java back-end software engineer;
• Experience coding in a recent version of Java;
• Experience designing and implementing unit, component, integration, end-to-end, and performance tests;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
• Knowledge of cloud technologies, distributed systems, AWS, RESTful APIs, and web technologies;
• Knowledge of messaging frameworks;
• Experience operating, supporting, and securing mission-critical software applications;
• Understanding of different data stores, including relational data stores;
• Demonstrated experience leading the effective use of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools;
• Strong understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows, including data sensitivity, secure input and output handling, resiliency, and security expectations;
• Skilled in Microservices Architecture.
