Qualifications

• Proficient in building backend services with Java and Spring ecosystems.
• Experience designing and implementing microservices and REST APIs for scalable systems.
• Experience with event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS) and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins) and IaC (Terraform).
• Familiarity with performance, unit and integration tests and monitoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services using Java, Spring Boot and Spring Security.
• Design and implement microservices and REST APIs for scalable distributed systems.
• Implement event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka.
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and shell scripting.
• Monitor, troubleshoot and optimize systems with New Relic and Grafana.
