Job summary

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in system design, development, testing, and operational stability.
• Experience coding with modern languages and SQL/NoSQL databases in a large corporate environment.
• Knowledge of Kafka and NoSQL databases (Cassandra/MongoDB).
• Ability to collaborate with high-performing teams across the firm to achieve goals.
• Experience across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools and validating outputs.

Responsibilities

• Executes standard software solutions, design, development, and troubleshooting
• Writes secure and high-quality code using the syntax of at least one programming language with limited guidance
• Designs, develops, codes, and troubleshoots with consideration of upstream and downstream systems
• Applies knowledge of SDLC tools to improve automation value
• Applies technical troubleshooting to break down solutions and solve basic problems
• Gathers, analyzes data to identify problems and support secure, stable development
• Leverages AI coding tools to improve code quality, delivery speed and productivity with peer review
• Applies SDLC tools including AI-assisted development to enhance automation
• Learns processes and skills for secure, stable code and systems
