Job summary

People First Team Japan seeks a Japanese-speaking IT Sales Account Manager to drive revenue in the UK market from our London office. The role offers a base salary of up to £38,000 per annum plus commission and travel allowance.

You will work Monday–Friday, 9:00–17:00, and manage relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities. You will promote ICT solutions across networks, cloud, security, data centre and managed services, liaise with internal teams to ensure

Qualifications

• Business-level Japanese and English communications skills.
• Previous experience in IT/ICT sales, solution sales or account management.
• Experience in developing sales and generating new business opportunities.
• Knowledge of global ICT solutions and technologies, including security, DX, network, data centre and managed services.
• Strong customer relationship management and communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactively promote and sell a wide range of ICT solutions to renew and existing customers.
• Manage and develop strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Act as the main point of contact for customers, responding promptly to enquiries and requirements.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions across Network, Cloud, Security, Data Centre and Managed Services.
