Sinclair Group in Wales is seeking a Qualified Vehicle Technician to deliver an exceptional client experience by keeping vehicles safe, reliable and roadworthy. You will service, repair, diagnose and fault-find to manufacturer and MOT standards, while maintaining accurate records and upholding the highest levels of quality and safety.

Formación

• NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Repair or equivalent required.
• Proven diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
• Ability to explain technical information clearly.
• Commitment to ongoing training and development.

Responsabilidades

• Service, repair, diagnostic work and fault-finding on vehicles.
• Carry out road tests and quality checks following repairs.
• Maintain accurate records and comply with manufacturer and MOT standards.

As a Qualified Vehicle Technician, you'll play a vital role in delivering an exceptional client experience by keeping vehicles safe, reliable, and roadworthy. Working with a skilled team and industry-leading equipment, you'll carry out servicing, repairs, diagnostics, and fault-finding to manufacturer and MOT standards while maintaining accurate records and high levels of quality and safety.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Repair (or equivalent BTEC/City & Guilds qualification)
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical information clearly
• A commitment to ongoing training and development
• The ability to carry out quality checks and road tests following repairs

Previous experience within a franchise retailer environment is desirable, as is experience mentoring junior technicians. Knowledge of electric vehicles would be an advantage.
