Job description

ICHT seeks to appoint two 1 year Clinical Fellows in Reproductive Medicine. The positions will provide specialist Reproductive Medicine care and IVF at The Wolfson Fertility Centre at Hammersmith Hospital.

The main day to day duties will involve supporting the outpatient consultations, investigative and treatment scans, supporting the egg collection procedures and taking part in the daily results meetings. There will be learning opportunities in cycle management.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

The successful candidate will have reached at least ST6+ through their specialist training and be registered with the GMC with a license to practice. It is desirable to also hold the relevant Royal College membership, and have prior experience of working in the UK.

The post holder will support the provision of both outpatient and inpatient pathways. They will split their time between the support of outpatient consultations, both investigative and treatment ultrasound sonography, day case egg collection procedures and supporting cycle management.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the provision of outpatient and inpatient pathways
• Attend daily results meetings with the rest of the multi-disciplinary team
• Ensure the appropriate governance over the HFEA regulated IVF care within Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust infertility service via their accurate and timely documentation of clinical care
