Job summary

Resonant is seeking an experienced Infusion Therapy Service Engineer (IV Infusion Therapy) for a 9-12 month fixed-term contract. Based in Chorley, you will ensure reliability, performance and compliance of critical clinical trial equipment through calibration, maintenance and repair activities.

You will work closely with internal teams, customers and manufacturers to uphold patient safety, data integrity and operational excellence while supporting global studies.

Qualifications

• Experience servicing, calibrating, maintaining and repairing IV infusion pumps and medical devices.
• OEM certification(s) related to infusion pumps or equivalent expertise.
• Experience with flow rate verification, occlusion testing and electrical safety testing per IEC 60601/ISO standards.
• Worked in regulated environments with GCP, ISO 9001/13485/17025.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for IV infusion pumps and related devices.
• Perform planned and corrective maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting and repair.
• Maintain calibration certificates, device histories, and ERP records for compliance.
• Collaborate with OEMs and manufacturers on advanced troubleshooting.
• Support inventory management and service delivery KPIs.
