Job description

Job Title: ICU Nurse

As an ICU Nurse for our client, you’ll be responsible for a wide range of duties, including:

1. Monitoring vital signs
2. Administering complex medications and interventions
3. Managing life-support equipment like ventilators and intravenous lines
4. Closely assessing any changes in the patient's condition

You’ll collaborate closely with the healthcare team to develop and adjust individualised care plans. You’ll also provide emotional support to patients and their families during highly challenging and often life-threatening situations, making communication and compassion key components of your role.

You’ll be a passionate and dedicated professional with the drive to provide the very highest standards of care to your patients. You’ll be able to respond quickly and competently to medical emergencies and make quick judgment calls when needed. Confidence working in a high-pressure environment and strong resilience are essential.
