Job description

As an ICU Nurse for our client, you’ll be responsible for a wide range of duties, including monitoring vital signs, administering complex medications and interventions, managing life-support equipment like ventilators and intravenous lines, and closely assessing any changes in the patient's condition. You’ll collaborate closely with the healthcare team to develop and adjust individualised care plans. You’ll also provide emotional support to both patients and their families during highly challenging and often life-threatening situations, making communication and compassion key components of your role.

You’ll be a passionate and dedicated professional with the drive to provide the very highest standards of care to your patients. You’ll be able to respond quickly and competently to medical emergencies, and make quick judgement calls when needed. You’ll be confident working in a high pressure environment and possess strong levels of resilience.
