DXC Technology in London is seeking an ITSM & Integration Architect to provide technical leadership across ITSM platforms, data integrations and large-scale service transition programmes. You will review configurations, validate designs and ensure solutions meet customer requirements while aligning with DXC standards.

The role requires hands-on experience with ServiceNow or BMC Remedy, strong API and data-mapping skills, and ability to manage risks across multi-vendor environments.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with enterprise ITSM platforms, such as ServiceNow or BMC Remedy, including platform configuration and integrations.
• Strong understanding of integration patterns, APIs, middleware, data mapping, transformation and data migration readiness.
• Experience reviewing solution designs, validating configurations and environments, assessing non-functional requirements and resolving complex technical issues.
• Experience in large-scale ITSM transition or transformation programmes.
• WITO or comparable account take-on experience is advantageous.
• Understanding of configuration management, service relationships, data reconciliation, technical documentation, controlled repositories, traceability and audit requirements.
• Understanding of secure integration design, access controls, monitoring, logging, error handling and operational support requirements.
• Strong analytical, communication and collaboration skills, with experience managing technical dependencies across teams and suppliers.
• ITIL 4 Foundation or higher; relevant ITSM platform certifications or equivalent qualifications.
• Understanding of Service Configuration Management, Change Enablement, Knowledge Management and Service Transition.
• Experience in defence, high-security or regulated environments.
• Experience with middleware and integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Microsoft Azure Integration Services or equivalent.
• Experience with ETL, data cleansing, reconciliation, automated testing, CI/CD, or infrastructure-as-code.
• Experience with integration monitoring, service mapping, discovery, controlled deployments and environment management.
• Experience with technical design authorities, quality gate reviews, structured programme governance and multi-vendor service delivery.

Responsabilités

• Architecture & Technical Assurance: review ITSM configurations, assess integrations and validate design across services and environments.
• Configuration, Testing & Technical Governance: ensure changes are tested, documented and secure.
• Transition & Operational Readiness: act as technical authority and coordinate multi-team delivery and handover.
