Qualifications

• Director-level or above experience in IT, Technology, or IT Operations.
• Recent hands-on use of ITSM or ESM platforms.
• Experience in decision-making for ITSM/ESM platform management.

Responsibilities

• Answering research questions related to IT operations and policy.
• Providing real-world scenarios for IT service management.
• Participating in surveys and interviews for ITSM research.
