Job summary

Sherwood Forest Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced ITSM Administrator to help develop and manage our enterprise IT Service Management platform across the trust.

You will configure workflows, dashboards, service catalogs, SLAs and reports, collaborate with service owners, external suppliers and technical specialists, and drive improvements in data quality, security and performance to support resilient patient care.

Qualifications

• Experience administering an ITSM platform in a large organisation.
• Configure and optimise workflows, automation, service catalogues, dashboards and SLAs.
• Collaborate with service owners, technical specialists, customers and suppliers to transform requirements.
