Job summary

Sherwood Forest Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust seeks an experienced ITSM Administrator to develop, administer and enhance its enterprise ITSM platform across multiple services. You will configure workflows, dashboards and reports, and collaborate with service owners, technical specialists and external suppliers to deliver secure, efficient ITSM solutions.

Qualifications

Strong technical proficiency in enterprise ITSM platforms and lifecycle management.
ITIL principles and best practice knowledge; ITIL Foundation or equivalent.
Knowledge of Entra ID, LDAP, RBAC and integration with enterprise systems.
Understanding of CMDB governance, data quality and lifecycle controls.
Experience with API-based integrations and automation.

Responsibilities

Configure and optimise ITSM workflows, service catalogues, dashboards and reports.
Support integrations with Entra ID, LDAP and monitoring tools.
Identify opportunities for service improvement and provide training and guidance.
Contribute to delivery of new and enhanced ITSM capabilities.
