• Minimum two years' experience in a finance team.

• Knowledge of Italian statutory accounting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly and quarterly financial reporting for properties.
• Prepare property-level profit and loss reports with commentary.
• Complete balance sheet reconciliations.
• Liaise with finance partners and operations.
• Assist with external audit processes.
• Provide financial analysis for performance reviews.
