Job summary

J.P. Morgan is seeking a Relationship Partner to support Client Advisors by coordinating all service and maintenance activities for Private Bank clients.

You will be the primary contact for service needs, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional client satisfaction in collaboration with advisors, operations, and technology teams. You will drive service excellence, manage cash and investments processes, and identify opportunities for deeper client engagement across products and digital

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, law, or related field.
• English fluency required; Russian language skills are a strong advantage.
• CISI Capital Markets Programme Unit 1 UK Financial Regulations & Unit 2 Securities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in financial services or banking with client-service excellence.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all client servicing and account maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with Advisors, Operations, Middle Office, and Onboarding teams to meet servicing requirements.
• Address and resolve client and Advisor inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Execute client transactions relating to cash / liquid positions & corporate actions accurately.
• Monitor client cash balances and liaise with clients to maintain positions.
• Facilitate investments in liquidity funds and FX within set limits.
• Identify and elevate cross-sell opportunities to bankers and product partners.
• Drive digital adoption through client education and outreach.
• Lead completion of the client Periodic Review process.
• Investigate and resolve potential fraud, errors, and losses promptly.
• Support business, team, and Advisor projects.
