Job summary

You will conduct credit assessments, negotiate arrangements, reconcile accounts, generate reports, and collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Senior Management to optimise cash collection while maintaining excellent service.

Qualifications

• Experience in Credit Control, Accounts Receivable or Credit Management.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Italian.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage portfolio of customer accounts to ensure timely collection of debts.
• Conduct credit assessments and monitor customer payment performance.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and resolve disputes with internal/external stakeholders.
• Prepare reports on collections, aged debt and KPIs for management.
