Job summary

Capri Holdings Limited is recruiting a Credit Controller (Italian-speaking) to manage a portfolio of customer accounts within a fast-paced luxury wholesale environment. The role focuses on minimising credit risk, maximizing cash collection, and ensuring timely payments while maintaining superb customer relationships.

You will conduct credit assessments, monitor payment performance, negotiate arrangements when needed, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve disputes efficiently.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Italian and English with strong communication skills.
• Proven credit control experience and ability to balance cash collection with service.
• Experience using SAP ERP and advanced Excel capabilities.
• Experience handling international luxury wholesale customers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Proactively collect outstanding balances in line with company policy.
• Perform credit assessments and monitor customer payment performance.
• Resolve disputes and liaise with sales and customer service teams.
• Reconcile accounts, prepare collections reports, and monitor DSO.
