Job summary

Third Bridge is seeking a Graduate Associate for Client Services who speaks Italian, starting January 2027 in London. You will engage industry experts to deliver insights for investors and business leaders, developing commercial awareness and leadership potential in a fast-paced, internally promoted environment.

This role focuses on building rapport, solving complex problems, and driving multiple projects with tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Business fluency in Italian (written and oral - Level C1 and above).
• Intellectually strong and ambitious with leadership or extracurricular experience.
• Demonstrated grit through internships, work experience, or achievements.

Responsibilities

• Find, call, and engage industry experts to deliver client insights.
• Spend much of the day on the phone persuading specialists to share their time and expertise.
• Own projects end-to-end by understanding client needs and scheduling high-caliber calls.
• Cold call and engage experts across industries, overcoming objections and gaining buy-in.
• Manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously and learn quickly about markets and regulations.
• Cross-sell Third Bridge services including content library, surveys, advisory, and 1-1 calls.
