Job summary

GLG is seeking Associates who are excited to learn and excel at client service in a merit-based, team-oriented environment. Associates drive GLG’s Insight Network by connecting top professionals with clients, engaging in fast-paced, client-facing work and owning project delivery.

You will onboard quickly, manage projects from start to finish, collaborate across functions, and develop skills in relationship-building, negotiation, and problem solving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (required).
• 0-3 years of work experience in client-facing, sales, or account management roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including comfort with phone-based outreach.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, in an ever-changing and fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible and extended hours (including evenings and some holidays) based on client needs and expectations.

Responsibilities

• Engage daily with clients to build relationships and deploy tailored solutions.
• Own client projects from start to finish, including scoping and recruiting expert(s).
• Collaborate with colleagues, your manager, and internal stakeholders to maximize commercial outcomes.
• Uphold GLG’s compliance framework and company values.
