Qualifications

• Strong Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef experience.
• Calm under pressure with solid leadership skills.
• Culinary expertise and attention to detail.
• Excellent English communication, both written and spoken.
• Ability to lead a large kitchen brigade and drive service.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the Italian kitchen and staff to ensure standards are maintained.
• Cook to spec and work within company targets.
• Lead the team to deliver top quality standards on every shift.
• Support with the training and development of the team.
• Support with stock control and ordering.
• Training new employees on the Company Standards and Regulations.
• Ensuring that the quality of food is consistently high and hygiene standards are exceeded.
• Organising, recruiting, training new staff and motivating staff in pastry area.
• Assisting the staff with food prep, recipes, and procedures.
• Assisting on menu presentations.
